"Fear not in your afflictions for I will comfort you. There will be a cup of cool water. There will be that word from the LORD. There will be that comfort from God in the midst of all of your trials and all of your sufferings and all of your afflictions."

A prophecy by Don Franklin

If you would know where I am going and if you would know what I am doing, then center your eyes upon those prophets in this nation. For I have indeed baptized them with a baptism of suffering, and I have indeed allowed the enemy upon them, and I have indeed baptized them with the pains and the sorrows of the Savior.

For there are forerunners. There are those that go before the Body of Christ as in invisible radar, penetrating deep into the enemy's camp, knowing his plans, knowing his thoughts, knowing his intentions.

But there are forerunners, foreshadowers of that which is to come. I will cleanse; I will purify the Body of Christ. I will bring them into that which He walked through. Is the servant greater than the Master?

The Captain of your salvation was perfected through suffering. Know the flames and the fires of God. For it is in the furnace of affliction you will meet Me, saith the Lord, and I will purify you, and I will bring you into that great and lovely bride that I desire unto and for Myself.

Fear not in your afflictions for I will comfort you. There will be a cup of cool water. There will be that word from the LORD. There will be that comfort from God in the midst of all of your trials and all of your sufferings and all of your afflictions.

Commit yourself to God even as the Scriptures declare, as Job committed himself unto the Lord, and consider the end of that man. Consider the end of every man of God who's ever walked with God. Do not count the center of their life, nor the portions when the hand of God is so heavy upon them, when the afflictions and the trials are so severe that death would be a blessing - a release from the pain and the suffering.

Fear not, saith the Lord. I will not gauge the vessels too deeply; I will not mar them beyond repair. But know this that I have marred many in this nation! I have brought them low; I've brought them to a place of humility and brokenness and even open shame, as My Son was put to, that they may walk in His steps, that they may be glorified as He was glorified.

For the Prince of Glory entered into His Captain of Salvationship through the suffering, through the Cross. He obtained that Name which is above all names through His earthly travail.

So, fear not when you pass through the rivers, through the fires, through the floods, through times of intense sorrow and suffering. Know that He has gone before you and is behind the veil interceding for you. Your salvation cannot be touched. Your position in God cannot be shaken.

And as you enter into the things of God in a deeper realm than you've ever known, fear not, saith the Lord. There are those that are going before you, that have gone before you, that will teach you, that will show you the way. There are pockets of water; there are stores of provision; there are ways and means through these valleys of sufferings that you know not of.

"That! Oh, God! How can I ever enter
that intense inferno and come out alive?"

You will meet the Son of God in that inferno; you will meet the fourth man in the flames and you will come through and you will be impenetrable after all such things have happened. So, fear not, saith the Lord. The hand of God is upon the Body of Christ. He has even led forerunners in before you to show you the way. There is a way; there is a secret way in the Most High; there is a place in God you know not of.

Come unto Me and I will show you. I will show you the way unto cool water in the midst of afflictions. I will show you what kept Christ; I will show you what kept those men God walked through incredible infernos, who came forth shouting the glory of God - shouting the victory of God - shouting that God is triumphant in death and in life, in sorrow and in pain, in joy and in great victory. I will comfort you; I will comfort you; I will comfort you. I will heal you; I will put salves upon your wounds.

Each and everyone receives a mark form God - receives their wound of God. Fear not, saith the Lord. My tender mercies are upon your. My tender mercies are upon you. As a father pitted his children, so the Lord pities those who fear Him and call upon His Name. I will pity you, saith the Lord. I will shower My mercy down upon you. I will heal your wounds. I will heal you and I will raise you.

Melt before Me as a puddle of wax - as a pool of water - and allow Me to raise you up into that image, and that form, and that mantle, and that mold that I so desire. But understand that your God is with you. He has not deserted you; He has not left you in the midst of your trails and sufferings.

Cry unto Me; come to Me in the night hour; spend time on your face; weep; break before Me. God on! Let it all out! Cry, weep, howl, saith the Lord. Fall into that belly of travail and bring the dregs of your heart unto Me. Melt, saith the Lord; melt in the furnace of affliction and be molded into the image of the Almighty. You will come out of your trails purified full of power, full of the Holy Ghost, full of compassion and love for all.

I will burn the dross out of the Body of Christ!
I will burn the dross out of the Body of Christ!
I will burn the false teaching out of the Body of Christ!
I will burn the false prophets out of the Body of Christ!
I will burn the false apostles out of the Body of Christ!
No one can stand the flame of the refiner!
I will burn out all that is not of Me!

And that which is left will be pure as gold - transformed, change into the image of the Almighty, by the Hand of the Almighty.

Some of you will pass unto the river of death, but I will bring you back even as a trophy of My grace, of My power and My resurrections and My restorations in the Body. You will testify of the experience of the Angels; you will testify before the multitudes of the glory of God. Fear not, saith the Lord!  Fear not, saith the Lord!  Fear not, saith the Lord! Not one vessel will be marred beyond repair or beyond the depths and the degree that Almighty God has determined for the purpose and intent of their ministerial calling.

I am He that holds the winds of the earth!  And now I hold you and I will hold you tenderly and I will take care of you and I will not crush you.

You may feel as though you cannot go another day another step then fall before the Lord. Go on, fall. Admit that you are not that giant that you think you are; admit that your strength has a limit. Come unto the throne of the Almighty and find Me, saith the Lord. Find Me, saith the Lord. Find Me, saith the Lord. Find your strength in Me; find your power in Me; find that there is a God beyond what you thought you could comprehend - that there's the Almighty Who formed the earth and hung the stars and made the universe.

I am He that rides the winds of the north! I am He that stands upon the polar ice-caps and declares that My glory will never be over shadowed or dimmed by the sinfulness of this world!

I will bring champions forth - Dreadnoughts, saith the Lord, in the Body of Christ.

Trust Me, saith the Lord. My ways are not your ways. If I am one step further than you understand, then fall back upon the loving, trusting God that you've known. If I am one degree farther than you have traversed, then understand that I knoweth the way and I maketh the way - that I determine the floods and how far they come, and I set the boundaries of the oceans, and I hung the stars in the sky. And I've promised that I will not allow you to be overcome beyond that which you can endure. You will find strength that you didn't know existed. You'll find joy you had no idea was there.

There are pocket and pools of provision along the way. Relax, saith the Lord. Relax in the midst of your affliction and know that the ultimate end will be for your benefit and for the benefit of the Kingdom of God. As Christ suffered, so you will suffer. But as Christ has the Father Almighty with Him, so you'll have the Father Almighty with you.

The high calling brings the high anointing which brings the high trials and sufferings. It's all wrapped up in the mystery of godliness and in the call and the anointing of the Almighty.

So, fear not. If I am a step ahead of you, relax and trust your Heavenly Father; trust your Heavenly Father. Turn your mind off, turn your emotions off and put your truster in gear and say:

My God will not fail me.
My God will make a way.
My God will bring me through this.
My God will set me on a mountain place.
My God will not fail me.
His Angels are there.

Somehow, some way, through it all my God will prevail.
I will trust in my God.
I will hope in my God.
I will not give up the faith that I've carried
since my childhood in this God.

For He is the God of Israel.
He truly is one who hears the outcast on her knee
Who brings the baby down the river back to the mother
Who delivers Daniel from the lions' den
Who brings apostles and prophets out of prisons.

Fear not! Fear not! Fear not! Fear not! Fear not!
Fear not! Fear not! Fear not! Fear not! Fear not!

But look deep into the Scriptures. Look deep into the end of the men of God and know that every son of God, every daughter of God that commits their life unto Me will be carried by Me to the end of their days. And I will holpen them and I will help them out of Laban's labor camp and I will bring the out pharaoh's prisons, and I will bring them out of fiery dens.

These are the men of God. These are those who walk in the flames and the fires of the Almighty. They will be used by the mantle of God, by the hand of God, prepared by God, anointed by God, and sent forth to this earth by God. I have a school. I have a preparation - a howling furnace and a fiery affliction to try and test and prove my men and women.

So, fear not, fear not, fear not. You are not the first church to walk through affliction. You are not the first church to face suffering. You are not the first group of Christians to gather in My name to call upon the Almighty and to walk as biblical people have walked since the beginning.

Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God. Anoint your hearts, anoint your hearts, anoint your hearts with the Spirit of repentance. Put on sackcloth and ashes upon your head and weep before the Lord not lonely for your transgressions, but for those who have transgressed so far beyond the realm of God. And I will hear and I will heal and I will invest My power within you.

Repentance is a wonderful thing in the eyes of God. There is one thing that the Almighty has sworn that He will not turn from - a broken spirit and a contrite heart will not be despised in the courts of Heaven. I will have compassion; I will have mercy, saith the Lord. "A broken spirit and a contrite heart Thou will not despise." I will draw nigh to those who have a broken heart and a contrite spirit to revive the spirit and the heart of the broken one.

Bring your pains and your wounds and your sorrows unto Me and they are many, they are many. No one transgresses through this life without feeling the pain and the suffering of being alive. Bring them unto Me, from the littlest thing to the largest and you will find the God of compassion awaiting.
True repentance brings true mercy and true mercy brings incredible miracles in the hand of God. I am a God of mercy.

"For by grace are you saved, through faith and that not of yourselves it is a gift of God lest anyone should boast." It's all through grace. It's all through mercies. By the mercies of the Lord you are not consumed, by the tenderness of God's compassion. Learn My mercy, learn My grace, learn my tenderness, saith the Lord. Dwell and abide in this realm with me, near the heart of God.
