Pray for Those in Seats of Authority

Say not, it is not your responsibility to pray for those who do sit in the seats of power. Do not the Scriptures say to pray for the heads of the households, pray for the heads of the church, pray for the heads of those who would even sit in the seats of government? These are scriptural truths. I'm not asking that you would do a strange thing or a worldly thing, but pray for my servants those who are even called to be leaders to stand up against the tides of evil.

Think of how different things would have been had Judah prayed for their kings - and Judah was my child, Judah was my daughter, my children - but instead they had become complacent and an evil king after evil king after evil king did rule over my people, and so it was it was the House of Judah themselves who did come into judgment. Where they not scattered across the land, across the ends of the earth for being complacent, for not interceding in the house of God for their king?

Yes, come and worship the Great I Am. Yes, come and dance and sing with the Angels, but forget not the world, which I have placed you in; forget not the times and the seasons; forget not the generations. Had David as that young lad not picked up that sling and that stone, Goliath would have reigned over the land and the Philistine armies.

So, train even yourselves not to be afraid to fight, to pray, to intercede, to push back the strongholds, to stand in the gaps. What if the intercessors, what if the church leaders and the Christian leaders of the previous generation did not stand against that tide of evil? Would you not see the Reich reign the whole world? But I would not see the whole world turn to evil and bondage. Yes, the church finally, finally, finally did fall on her knees and pray but what if she had been praying decades before? What if in times of intercession the seers and the prophets did see what was coming upon the land and they could have stopped the rise to power of the evil ones?

It is within your grasp; it is within your power; you know not the power that is within thee. The same angels who did rule over Jerusalem are with thee. The same angels whom did stand with the sword of David are with thee. Where are my Davids? Where are the Alexanders? Where are my great leaders? Some of them are in the cradles - the little babies that you do rock; teach them, teach them, yes of biblical heroes, but also of the heroes of the land.

Even in this great nation (of America) this great nation that you would call your own, yes, there were many righteous, there were many religious. There were the Puritans, there were the Pilgrims, there were those who did believe in God, but this nation is here because of its leaders and its soldiers. If there were not a George Washington there would have not been a Commander in Chief; there would not be someone to win the battles so that my people could reap the benefits.

So, yes, children, pray for those in the seats of authority over you. Do you want to be ruled by a David or do you want to be ruled by a Saul? The choice is yours from the highest seat to the lowest seat. I have good sons scattered throughout the grain lands, scattered in the mountains, all across this land from shore to shore - young men who desire to be patriots, young men who desire to be leaders to restore this land. It is always within the heart of the Father to restore, to restore.

So, yes, pray without ceasing; fast and pray; pray without ceasing. Fight the demonic. Pick up those swords of the Spirit and call down the strongholds as they are revealed unto you. I have raised up many, many of people of influence whether it be through waves of Internet, whether it be through TBN and CBN. You cannot say you do not know.

"Father God, forgive us for our complacency. Forgive us for not having calluses upon our knees, forgive us for having dried eyes, forgive us for sleeping through the night and not praying at your feet for our children and our children’s children. What kind of world will we leave for them?

Father God, we do pray, for your Scriptures do say you are faithful to deliver; you are faithful to deliver; call and I will answer thee. We call, we seek, we knock."
