Last spring, the Lord had me pray a declaration over one of
our loved ones who was backslidden, during her darkest days.
We had prophecies over her on the one hand and on the other we
were fighting demons who were trying to take her life.
In our darkest hour, the Holy Spirit within us walked us
through the trial when we thought we could no longer go on.
Dutch Sheets teaches
we can pray that the Holy Spirit will hover over our loved
ones, hover over their rooms, where ever they may
be. While I was mediating on this teaching, the Lord
revealed to me that the Holy Spirit who was living within my
loved one would be her source of deliverance. I wrote a
declaration prayer birthed by the Holy Spirit in my journal,
and within a matter of days the Lord sent a man of God to
break the power of the enemy and set her free! I believe
you can take this prayer to heart and pray it over your loved
ones as well and see the hand of God move!

Holy Spirit is here to hover over our loved ones, no
matter what their spiritual condition. It is only by his
power and anointing that people are drawn to the Lord.
Is he not the hound dog of heaven? And just as a hound dog
searches for missing people, for those who are lost, do
they not also seek out the criminals of the land when they
have escaped?

We
may also ask the Holy Spirit to hover over the enemy,
bringing our deliverance, stopping the workings of the
demons, and sending in confusion over Satan and his plots
and plans over our lives and those we love.
